Just received leukine vials but no syringes or needles, does anyone know what size I am needing and where to inject?

Hi and we are so glad you are posting here. Asking questions is a very productive way to grow the knowledge base of our patient and caregiver community. To answer your question, you will first need to find out from your doctor the route and method you will be using for your Leukine.
Leukine is administered most often by breathing it in through a nebulizer. Some patients inject Leukine subcutaneously under the skin. In either case, Leukine is reconstituted using a method prescribed by their physician. Our daughter uses the breathing method that takes just 10-15 minutes per day and it has been quite successful in keeping her PAP at bay.
How are you doing with your PAP? Would you be interested in attending a free PAP education day event?
